The questions we actually get
More confident than with a cold booking, because the talk is not chosen until Cedric knows your room. Before the date he asks who is in the audience, what they have been through this year, and what the day is meant to do — then he picks the talk that fits rather than delivering one set speech. The other answer is repeat bookings, which are the honest measure of whether a keynote landed: Paul Mitchell booked him across seven years, the Carolina Panthers across eight, Cigna across six, AXA Advisors across six. 45 to 60 minutes for the keynote and 45 for a breakout, plus a 10 to 15 minute Q&A on either. The Q&A is included in every booking and is often where the room actually turns.
Fees depend on the format you want — keynote only, a breakout, a team building session, or a full day combining them — and on the date and location. Send the details through the form and they come back with the request. Travel and lodging are billed on top of the speaking fee, and because Cedric is a double amputee a handicap accessible room and car service to and from the venue are requirements rather than preferences. No. The injury is described plainly and without dwelling on it, and the second half of every talk is about what came after. Cedric has closed award nights and opened safety stand-downs with the same material, weighted differently.
